A single point of contact, even when more than one country is involved

In matters involving more than one legal system, I coordinate the assistance to maintain a consistent strategy and a direct relationship with the client.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

    I identify the applicable law and the competent court or arbitrator, assessing the options available to protect the client’s interests.

  2. Local coordination

    I work with lawyers in other jurisdictions and with technical consultants, maintaining a single strategy and a single point of contact for the client.

  3. Enforcement

    From the outset I assess the prospects of obtaining recognition and enforcement of the decision in the countries where the debtor’s assets are located.

Based in Milan, active throughout the country

The practice is based in Milan. I assist clients in court and arbitration proceedings throughout Italy.

I also handle matters remotely, through Italy’s electronic court system and direct contact with the client, taking care of the activities that require presence on site.
