Protection of assets and personal investments
Alongside my work for businesses, I assist private clients in protecting their financial interests and their investments, including real estate.
I deal, among other things, with contractual and property disputes, leases, debt recovery and damages claims, supporting the client in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings.

Acting for a business in a dispute over breach of an exclusivity agreement, including a claim for the contractual penalty.

Acting in disputes with foreign companies over construction contracts for sites in Italy and abroad, concerning calls on first-demand (autonomous) guarantees and claims for defects and non-conformities in the works.

Acting for a shareholder in challenging shareholders’ resolutions, including resolutions approving the financial statements.
